"My wife and I stayed at this Ritz-Carlton for our first trip to Florida. To say it was outstanding is an understatement. The hotel, staff, room, service, and included/surrounding amenities are excellent. The ONLY small thing we wish would be changed for future guests and stayers would be to extend the outdoor pool hours a little longer (but they are open very early which was a bonus). "

"Staff were extremely nice and helpful. We arrived three hours earlier than the check in time and they let us in into our room. They had very good breakfast which was part of their $30 destination fee. Included on that was as well 2hr bike rides, and the beach chairs at Ritz Carlton.
Moreover, our flight was late at night, but the check out time was at 11am. The receptionist let us in our room till 1pm and then gave us access to the pool and other amenities till late afternoon. All of that at no charge!
This is above and beyond! :)"
