“The staff were excellent and helpful. The roof terrace wasn't available due to wind and the junior suite opened to the side of the building with a view to the plaza in front of the cathedral with a bit of a stretch. The floor wasn't very clean in our room and what at first appeared to be complementary water and coffee was definitely not gratis. The location is perfect and parking is possible but around the corner, requiring a staff member to assist in parking and retrieving a car. It was a……

“My stay at Aire Hotel & Ancient Baths was the highlight of my trip to Almería and one of the most relaxing and luxurious hotel experiences I’ve ever had. “Unfortunately, we had a very small room and no window facing outside, only one facing the hallway. Because of that, we couldn’t sleep well since it was very noisy. The wall panel behind the bed was loose and moved when touched, and next to the bed there was a large hole in the wall where electrical outlets were apparently supposed to be.”

Room floor dirty, we have to contact them several time for a leaking in the kitchen sink, also reported shower drain slowly water out, stinking water coming out from a service black water located in the bathroom. First day no WiFi. The fridge full of ice no space to put something in there. Elevator extremely slow. Good bed. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they always politely responded saying that they will……

“Great room….very clean,comfortable bed….reception desk very helpful…getting taxi,wake-up call and suggestions where to eat and visit….wonderful area,lots to see and do.Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices to start your day.Breakfast area was also very clean and food constantly being replenished…..Has a great roof top terrace to relax.Good Wi-Fi….enjoyed our stay here…would highly recommend…”
