“La ubicación excelente”

“Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals.”

“Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, man fühlt sich sofort im Urlaub! Die Wohnung war super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Neben den bequemen Betten konnten auch die modernen Badezimmer überzeugen. Die Lage bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten auf der ganzen Insel, allerdings ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert! Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Fahrminuten entfernt, auch Lokale gibt es in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das einzige Manko ist die……

“Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. I had to sweep and mop several times. The maintenance lady was very, very nice and accommodating but the owner……

“El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, y con todo tipo de comodidades, tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones y baños!. Totalmente recomendable para dos o tres personas y el espacio fue mas que suficiente!!! Además, se encuentra a escasos 100 metros de la playa de las canteras, y la posibilidad de tener parking en esa zona es inmejorable. Gracias a Alejandro por su amabilidad.”

“Wir haben wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht. Ein ganz tolles Haus. Die Vermieterin war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. ”

“I would definitely recommend the stay at this place, it’s nearby the LP city centre and one of the most popular beaches Las Canteras. It also has all the amenities and utensils for any needs during the stay.”

“The property is in no way modern or flashy. It could do with an update so if this worries you, avoid. For us, the location was more important. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. There is only one indoor loo/ bathroom but the pool shower room is only a few steps outside. The pool was cold ...refreshing! There was a shortage of sockets above the work surfaces in the kitchen which was a bit of a problem. Host was polite and helpful. Bit of a problem with commission charged on return of……

“Where we stay was nice and quite we meet a few of the locals who are very nice our host was very lovely lady made us feel more than welcome showed us around the villa gave us the keys and left us to it she also helped with cab ect all in all we had a wonderful time and will be going back again ”

“Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse. Zum Strand sind es 6 Minuten zu Fuss, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und viele kleine Läden, aber auch grössere Supermärkte. Mir gefällt, dass es sich um ein altes gewachsenes Wohnviertel handelt und nicht um eine am Reissbrett entworfene Bettenburg. ”

“Wir waren 3 Wochen da. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liegt sehr zentral und es ist alles vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Mitarbeiter der Agentur sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann die Wohnung und auch die Agentur Getaway nur weiterempfehlen.”

“The apartment is located right at the start of the boulevard, with direct access to the beach. It features two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating three people. A convertible sofa in the living room can also sleep two additional guests. The apartment has two full bathrooms. The cleanliness is very good. The hot water is sufficient for one full bath at a time. If others shower afterward, they’ll need to wait about 15 minutes for the tank to reheat. This might be inconvenient since the apartment……
