The historic charm and location cannot be beat with amazing views from the roof and so many restaurants within 5 minute walk including the ground level of the building itself! Plenty of space to hangout as a group and get individual time as well. We highly recommend this property!”

“This studio is beautifully updated. Very clean contemporary unit. The view overlooking Las Canteras Beach and the boardwalk on the balcony is awesome. We were fortunate to have front row seats during the Carnival festivities...WOW. Jorge and Airam were very helpful with check in and any questions that we had.”

“Had a great time overall. Apartment was clean and beds comfy. A few things not quite right with appt on arrival but were sorted out ok. Lots of good restaurants , cafes and bars on doorstep. The beach is perfect -protected by a reef - and right there - overlooked by nice balcony.”

“A comfortable apartment with a great view. There were a few minor maintenance issues on arrival but these were dealt with very quickly and in a friendly manner. The location on the promenade was excellent although the road at the rear of the property was a little noisy, but then we were staying in a city. We could have done with a few basic cleaning items such as washing up liquid but there is a supermarket very close by. A little more instruction with the tv controls and the sun-blind……

“Nice view, the value for the money was not that much. One bed broke down, the shower was moldy. Early in the morning there was a lot of noise from a nearby hotel. Anso the aircon from the hotel was loud. All in all - overpriced…”

“Apartamento cercano a la playa, sin parking. Es espacioso, un poco oscuro, solo el salón da a la calle. Esta situado en un edificio muy nuevo con portero, llave electrónica para el acceso. La Cama es muy cómoda, para descansar. No hay ruidos.”

“We had a fantastic time in Las Palmas. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the beach, all mod cons, comfortable and really nice. The staff is very professional and friendly. We’ll definitely be back. ”
