「I specifically chose a smaller hotel where, as a solo traveller, the reception team would recognise me as a guest and I wouldn’t be totally anonymous. I also took time to find a hotel that would offer comfort and cleanliness. This delivered on all fronts. Front of House team and breakfast team were friendly and super-helpful. 「Nous avons réservé cette chambre en urgence due à l’impossibilité pour nous d’atterrir à Funchal, Madère. Malgré une arrivée le dimanche et un petit couac sur la chambre initialement réservée (le lit n’était pas fait), le personnel nous a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre qui était meilleure que la première, et notre séjour d’une nuit fut reposant et agréable.」

「Clean, centrally located hotel in the historic part of town. Only critique would be to advise clients to put the notification on the door to clean the room, aside from this I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Great value for money. 」
