"Spent a great fortnight here. Had stayed before and very happy with standard of the accommodation and facilities. A little tired in places, paint, tiles, flooring etc but hopefully these areas are subject to ongoing repairs. Special mention Gabriela Burgos who attended our room to a very high standard indeed. Look forward to our next visit, hopefully soon."

"Another gorgeous week at the hotel - rooms again were spotless, staff always helpful and the Horizon Club pool fabulous. Location is perfect with so many choices of restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Breakfast spot on with a great choice of food - nice to have a freshly made crepe each morning!!! The only thing I would ask is that the restaurants cater better for vegetarians - the only night we ate at the hotel (we generally like to eat out) the only option was a veggie burger but it was one made of vegetables like our kids got at school not a veggie Pattie."

"Room was very clean, excellent breakfast selection. I was disappointed that there were large renovations going on and some areas were not accessible. It was difficult to find my room, reception staff didn’t explain clearly and I ended up walking around with my heavy luggage looking for my room for a long time. Pool area nice but very noisy with loud music and kids pool instructor shouting loudly most days while swimming with kids. I had to leave the pool area and enjoy the sun on my balcony instead as I’m someone who likes peaceful and quiet environment. Other than that I was happy with the hotel."

Hotel Gran Canaria Princess - Adults Only (+16)

"We stayed for a week and had a brilliant time. The pool was great and plenty of sunbeds to use and the fact that they could not be reserved was also a bonus. The room was lovely and the beds were made every day and we came back one afternoon to a bottle of fizz in an ice bucket compliments of the hotel for my birthday - this was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back!"

"Very good value with spacious room and a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Staff were very really friendly and helpful, especially Petra on Reception and Abdul in the hotel pub. Location was perfect for the beach and the bars and restaurants but was extremely quiet and noise free. We've stayed many times before and will definitely stay again."

"The peers at the front desk are amazing, Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times."
