「The guesthouse is situated overlooking the ocean but it is well hidden. Don't give up! Follow the unpaved road around and you'll find a gem. The proprietor is friendly, will provide breakfast, arrange take-out meals and transfers if needed. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「This ‘resort’ was pretty ho hum. Nothing special. Very limited menu - and same menu for both lunch and dinner. Very disappointing Limited pool chairs. The pool deck’s side tables were all chipped and rusting. Staff were not friendly. We arrived 6:30 am (sorry - that’s just when our flight got in!!). On arrival of course there was no room available. 「I am extremely satisfied with my stay at El Navegante Hotel in Bayahibe! Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room.
