拉斯维加斯的公寓式酒店

“Excellent location, next to center, walkable, has a lot of old charm, lovely view form the window”

“Muy cómodo y acogedor, con todo lo que necesité.”

“Staying at Callao Flat in Madrid was a wonderful decision. The place is excellently located in order to see all of the sights by foot or metro. Ubers and taxis are everywhere as well. The flat itself did easily accommodate the 8 of us with 3 rooms w/bathroom and 2 rooms sharing a large bathroom. The kitchen and living area was large enough to gather and mingle. The appliances are all advanced state of the art, and the communication either the host was very easy! I would highly recommend this……

“Great view, laundry and kitchen. Lots of space. Great area.”

“Very well kept property.”

“Maria was a great host. Very attentive to our needs, and made sure we were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed how close it was to good restaurants and museums. On a quiet street, and safe. We will come back and stay again.”

“The apartment was clean and and very well furnished. If you are looking for a place that is not in the city center, this appartment is just perfect. Well located, next to a few metro station, just steps from all essential amenities and restaurants. Also very quiet at night even if it's close to a busy street.”

“Lo recomiendo por servicios, limpieza, trato del anfitrión y comodidad. En el dormitorio la cama doble es amplia y muy cómoda y en la zona de estar el sofá-cama también es amplio y muy cómodo. Cerca del centro (andando 15 minutos) y al mismo tiempo lejos del bullicio que supone el centro.”

“The appartement is clean and you will find anything you need. Our host Pablo is very helpful”

“Great location in Madrid, a few steps from a subway station. Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on. If you add the nicest host ever, what else can you ask for? A pure delight! Thanks for everything! 🙂”

“Situation appartement idéale pour connaître Madrid ”

“Great location! Place was clean and comfortable. We were here in heat of summer and ac was excellent! Walkable to many of Madrid’s sites we wanted to see. Had a great meal at La Terraza just around the corner for a great price! I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to see the heart of Madris”

“The apartment is nice, compact and clean. The parking space is very small and was not big enough for our rented mid-size SUV.”

“We had an amazing stay. Very roomy apartment with 4 bathrooms!! Nice kitchen. Elevator in building as well. Close to the metro and many restaurants/bars. Great location. Would highly recommend! ”

“Location perfect, house perfect, host perfectBut there is no balcony or garden where you can sit outside. You have to go to a bar, restaurant etc to sit and drinking something.”
