3 bedroom 2 bath ground floor condo is just 0.5 mile from the Strat Casino and hotel / Las Vegas strip. Rest in a quiet neighborhood away from the hassle of the casino's. Pets are welcome !You must confirm first!

This is over 1100 Sqf 3 bedroom 2 bath specious condo ! Large bedrooms and leaving area. Cozy and super clean and sanitized!!! pets are welcome (text me directly we do charge a fees!!!!).
Fully loaded kitchen with everything that you would need to cook a light breakfast or a 3 course dinner. All you need to do is bring the food and cooking skills. Free Wifi and Neflix TV. Enjoy stay with Us!

proximity is excellent. maintenance perfect. comfortable. clean. kitchen had some basics to cook with in addition to an assortment of utensils there was cooking oils and basic spices.

Best place and amazing people

Book this place for my 45th birthday. With my mom and my sisters. This is a very convenient place the staff is amazing everyone that lives there is so awesome and we got to see dogs that were staying there cuz we missed our animals being on vacation. Definitely will be coming back. This place is amazing

The Worst place I’ve Ever Stayed At

Not clean at all it did not look anything like the online pictures. The walls, kitchen curtains, doors, Floor was dirty with a sewer smell also lights wasn’t working, tv cuts off when watching no easy WiFi connection there is a lot of Alcoholics and Drug attics in that facility a lot of people hanging around outside late night loose dogs “friendly 150lbs pitbulls” the bottom door knob doesn’t lock my safety was a big concern for me but not Yavin I went out to buy products to clean. Yavin wasn’t trying to refund me But she was responding fast and trying to do her best and be a good host as well but service was horrible

Comfortable and convenient

Perfect midway location for our trip. Convenient to the strip but far enough out for our adventures in the surrounding areas. Perfect size and layout for our group, especially the three bedrooms, nice quiet place to sleep even when the rest of our group wanted to socialize on into the night.

Convenient for our purposes

The interior looked exactly like the pictures. Our only concern with the apartment itself was that only the deadbolt and not the door handle locked. Also, the front window facing the courtyard has a very flimsy bar which did not actually hold it closed. Although this was not an issue for us, it was initially a concern. There were also a few stray pieces of old dog kibble hiding under the curtains but, thankfully, no interested bugs. The air conditioning cools the place fantastically and the bed sheets smelled freshly bleached which made me happy. Communicating with Yaniv and the apartment manager was very easy and both were extremely pleasant and accommodating. It is a very dog-friendly place with all tile floors and the apartment manager greeted us with dog treats for our dogs. The first two nights we stayed, it was very noisy in the courtyard, people walking and talking very loudly on the floor above us and people in front of the apartment arguing until about 3am. I did mention this to Yaniv and the apartment manager took care of the noisy guests. The third night was nice and quiet. Overall, this place was goo for our purposes. It was dog-friendly, close to where we needed to be and nice and cool. Yaniv and the apartment manager are very nice. Yaniv responds to questions very quickly. The only thing I hesitated about was the neighborhood. It is downtown Las Vegas and the neighborhood is a little run-down although we did not have any problems. The convenient location, dog-friendly accommodations, and responsiveness of Yaniv outweighed my concerns about staying.

Had a good stay! The unit was clean, gated and pool was great! The manger was a great guy and very helpful. Did experience a little noise a couple night but hey we are in Vegas and the city doesn’t sleep! Would definitely book again! Thanks again!!!
