Rooms are large and very clean. You can definitely tell TLC had been put into the room, down to the super soft towels. Would definitely stay there again!

I especially like the fact that the rooms were practically soundproof -- When I walked outside to get something from my car, I could hear the people in the next room arguing -- but once back inside my room, I heard nothing at all. This motel and staff itself was good, but the area was a bit sketchy. If your from the hood or think your a tough guy then you should be fine, lol. I caught myself checking out the window to see if my car was still there. Now to be fair. the room itself was good. The kitchenette area was usable and had cooking supplies. The shower was a bit small so if you're over 300lbs, you'll better off using a hose outside, jk. The bed was comfortable enough and the towels were softer than most hotels. The customer service was good and everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. If this Motel was in a different neighborhood, or you don't judge a book by its cover, it would rank higher. I would say it may scare away most skitish people. That being said, I had NO issues with my stay. I wasn't bothered or otherwise approached. No one broke into my car or felt unsafe. If your in vegas to party, Freemont is a walk down the street. You will more than likely survive the night if you stay, but there are better options. Overall Rank 6. Room 7. Area 5 --Ace--

I have to admit I was nervous when I arrived to the motel because the area around the motel was run down with closed and empty buildings but I was pleasantly surprised when I got my room it was newly updated and very clean. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again on my next trip to Vegas.

Room smelled like smoke. The office did what they could. But it says no smoking. Parking is the absolute worst for guest. Pics do not look anything like the rooms. No soap and no hot water. Nobody was in the office when we were leaving to let know.

Room very good, very comfortable bed, new mattress and bedding. Very quiet and peacefull, grocery stores nearby. Fremont Street precinct walkable. Shower could have better pressure and floor a little dirty. Very reasonable rates, I would stay again.

Stayed there for the 3rd now Each time a differen room and they all were nice. Renovated not so long ago. No it’s not a Sheraton but always clean, quiet, good AC/ heat, kitchen with equipment in some rooms, rooms are a nice size, wifi works well, free parking and clean! The neighbor is a little scratchy but safe and nothing was ever stolen or so! Close to the strip as well
