This beautifully decorated vacation home rental features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the breakfast area. There are 2 master suites both with walk-in closets.

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere within the property

Five nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. Two master bedrooms with king-sized beds, one bedroom with king bed, and two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds, The family room has a fold out couch. Four bathrooms, a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa, a covered patio with furniture and a barbecue grill. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home. There is also a large barbeque area pool side for poker or playing cards.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

Las Vegas Bachelor Party

This location is ideal. It is so close to the strip we didn't need to hurry in the mornings to get our day going. It has enough space and a pool table which we took advantage of each day. The owners are quick to respond and answer our questions. I will rent from here again the next time I am in Vegas with my friends. Thank you again!!!

Like having your own hotel room!

I stayed at Jamason and Lindsey’s place with five friends. It was peaceful and spacious and each room was like it’s own private hotel room. The large general space was great for hanging out and catching up. We loved our stay and Jamason and Lindsay were very attentive when things came up while we were there.

Our stay was amazing! The property exceeded all our expectations and was perfect for our family gathering. We came from 3 states and range in age from 35 to 83. Great property!!

Super fun stay with a bunch of ladies for a bachelorette party! Plenty of rooms! Lots of games! We bought some pool noodles and left them for the next guests to enjoy! Communication with the owner was fast and friendly! Some minor bumps that were worked out quickly so no complaints here! 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and property owner

It is as advertised and very well maintained. The pool table is great quality as are the pots pans and other items. Everything works, this owner has this setup for a very enjoyable stay. Only downside is the pool heating, if you do it make sure you leave some serious time if the pool needs heating. Backyard is nice and pool and spa work great.

Overall great place; Would stay there again

The house was great for our trip. There were a few things that I would upgrade if it were my property. The couch in the living area has seen better days. The ice machine was not working. The hot tub seemed to vary in depth throughout the day by over a foot and a half. I did not contact the owner about these issues during our stay. Other than these issues, the place was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. It was fun having all of the games around for entertainment throughout the day. The kitchen was very big which made it easy to cook for a large group. I would not hesitate to book this house again.

Sorority Sister Celebration

It was 9 of us and plenty of space for everyone, as you know it take women time to get ready so there were plenty of bathrooms so we could be ready at our designated time. We loved the kitchen was all able to be together at the kitchen counter talk, laugh, eat. We had a wonderful time. On suggestion I would paint the address on the house black as it’s a little hard for Uber and food delivery drivers to find. Otherwise perfect location!!
