A party residence that does not allow parties.

I booked the residence precisely because it allowed parties, and all the charges were made to my card. But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. In other words, more than 5 couples with children exceeds the permitted capacity. And after that, no refund is issued.This makes it very easy to rent. I felt deceived and cheated, as the website doesn't specify the maximum capacity for parties; it only states that parties are allowed.A true disregard.I do not recommend it in any situation if you want to have a party for more than 16 people.
