Property is deceiving. Listing says one thing about bed but when u get there it’s not what you think. Pictures make it look way better than it actually is

nice overall stay

Our overall stay was nice. The desk staff could have probably been a little nicer, a couple of them had a bit of an attitude and not willing to help answer questions. Other than that the property was great.

Huge disappointment

Location was good. No casino downstairs. Great view from 33rd floor. Check in was a nightmare due to terrible VRBO owner not informing the hotel we were staying there. 2 at the front desk we're no help and it took a third person who finally tested us like guests and made calls. In the room... Not huge but liveable. One of the sinks had hair in it and was unclean. You MUST valet which can be a drag when you don't have a tip or want to get somewhere fast. Overall negative. Maybe a better VRBO owner would have helped but overall not recommended.

We arrived at the property only to discover that the manager did not submit our names and we were not able to check in. We contacted the manager and he stated he was talking to the hotel… about 45 minutes later we reached out to the manager only to be ghosted and then suddenly I received an email that we received a full refund… luckily the hotel was able to give us the same room for a cheaper cost… wow … run away from this property.. the hotel said this happens all the time

Rocky Start to our Honeymoon...

This room is gorgeous and was perfect for us as we were staying a week for our honeymoon. Plenty of room and beautiful views from the balcony. We had a hard time getting checked in though. We booked the room in June 2021 and had it paid in full in July 2021 for our trip in September 2021.... We got there to check-in and they couldn't find our reservation, and told me to contact the property manager. This was over a 2+ hour ordeal. I was unable to get a response from the owner, as well as the property, and VRBO. He finally called back after a couple hours and immediately sent over a confirmation screenshot. Come to find out he had not put in our reservation for the week until just then. We were not pleased with this situation obviously, but after that had no other issues with anything.

Owner ruined our vacation.

Rob never let the property management know of our reservation, so we were left without a place to stay. No one (myself, VRBO, property mgmt) was able to get a hold of him and I then spent 2+ hours with several different VRBO reps trying to find a solution. If VRBO is still allowing him to rent this unit out, DO NOT trust him!

My room was cancelled

My room, that I booked more than a month in advance, was cancelled the moment I got to the hotel. I wanted to check in with the host in the afternoon as we were on our way, I didn’t get a reply. When I got to the hotel, I was told there was no reservation. She told me to contact the host, which I did. In that very moment they said the room wasn’t available and issued a refund. It was very frustrating to go through that and the host didn’t offer an explanation or anything. I was lucky I had the money to pay for a room through the hotel itself and that they had wheelchair accessible rooms available. My brother in law is in a wheelchair so we can’t just stay anywhere. This was a horrible experience.

Good view, bad parking !

The condo was ok, love the view from the balcony and large bathroom, but the furniture needs update. Most disappointed was the lack of parking. Had to park at MGM garage and walk 20 minute to the building each night, especially when you have to haul luggages! Not happy at all! First and last time staying there unless parking situation change.

It's was alright but I am not going back

First off, the bathroom was not clean. The tub was filthy. We had to clean it before we got in it. Dirt and hair everywhere. The lights didn't work in the bathroom. The tower we were in (#3), the valet was closed so we had to check in on Tower 1 and walk over. Valet closed at night so we had to park miles away from the hotel with all of our shopping bags and food. At check-in they didn't tell me that we needed to call the owner so that he can put the reservation in the computer. They don't put the reservation in until you get there to the property, which is absurd because what happens if the owner doesn't answer the phone? We paid too much money for all of these problems. Ruined my Valentine's wknd. We checked out and went to a different hotel.

Amazing

We had a great time. Property was clean, great view. Nice to have a full " mini" kitchen. Was about a 5 minute walk to the strip, but no big deal. The pool at tower 3 was amazing too! Will definitely go back and stay here again!

Amazing location

Property and view are just as described. Check in and service was amazing and seamless. The signature tower is a smoke-free building which was such a relief and added bonus. No smoke yet still convenient to all MGM offers. Quick walk to the strip or hop on the monorail!

Signature Tower 3

Terrific room, location. Responsive service. Plan to return. I had difficulty reaching front desk by phone. There was one lamp that needed a new lightbulb. Valet parking staff were quick, courteous, and friendly.

Didn't like the fact that when we arrived the room was a total mess. Housekeeping did not come and clean the room and we were lucky to catch them before they went home at 4. Also, the owner may need to stop by the property to see the that some of the fixtures and switches needs to be replaced.

Large room with balcony & great view

The room is very large with a balcony & a great view. T3 is a bit of walk to the strip via T2, T1 & MGM but it's a undercover walkway with 3 airport style travelators between T1 & MGM. If checking out early, T3 is closed, you need to go to T2 which is open 24 hours. Would definately stay again.

Room was perfect for our stay in Vegas. Clean, comfortable and had a great view of the city!

We were in town for “Market” and wanted a room that was close to all the amenities that Vegas has to offer but also wanted a relaxing quiet room. The room was perfect for just that.
