Wonderful Stay

The suite was exactly what we expected - spacious, comfortable, safe and clean! The owners were great and provided all info needed prior to our arrival, plus stayed in touch during our stay, which was appreciated. The pool area was awesome and there was easy indoor access there as well as to the shops/restaurants/casino. Was also nice to be able to exit directly from the Tower to get outside/walk to the strip. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We are very happy with our stay at this condo, it had everything needed to be comfortable! It was clean, extra towels were available, everything was functional - fridge, toaster, coffee machine, big walk-in shower and jacuzzi. It’s like staying at MGM but away from the crowds, Ubers come quick, Top Golf and Wet Republic are next door and the strip is a block away. We definitely recommend this property and will book it again!

Great getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We purchased food so that we could cook in some days. We really loved the spa in the room. This sure helps with sore muscles after walking so very much getting to and from our convention hall. This was a great getaway while also doing business and attending a convention. The room was elegant and very quiet.

Fabulous stay!

We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved it! The suite was exactly as advertised—clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. So much so that I’ll be mattress shopping for that exact mattress when I get home! We didn’t need to contact the hosts during our stay, but their thoughtful and consistent communication made it clear they’d be easy to reach if anything came up. The resort itself was a great bonus! I was pleasantly surprised by the super convenient indoor walkway to the MGM Grand—such an easy (and air-conditioned!) way to get around.We stuck to the main resort pools since they were so easy to access and I love a good lazy river, but the Signature pools looked lovely as well. We also arrived a few hours early and were happy to find they held our luggage and gave us a temporary key so we could enjoy the pool while we waited.We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Amazing!! Great view and perfect location!

Great find on VRBO. Perfect location, feels private vs. in the middle of a casino but all of the action is a 5 min walk down a hallway! The monorail was a huge help to see more in less time. We were able to explore as far down as The Linq. The condo itself is perfect and had everything we needed. Just a note, if you cook your meals you will need EVERYTHING other than pans and utensils. We definitely want to come back!

Great option close to the strip without the crowd

The rental is located on the 11th floor of Tower 1 at the Signature. The room was clean and as advertised. The building is connected to the MGM via an enclosed walkway. You can also easily get to the street to cut over to the strip without walking thru the MGM. There was never a line for the elevator and the staff was very helpful. There is a Starbucks just off the lobby.

Vegas strip

I am reviewing far from my stay time. Location was good being on the strip but back further with kids. Clean but would say it could use an upgrade in terms of normal wear and tear. We noticed small things like wallpaper peeling, dings on the furniture, scratches on the surfaces, missing wood paneling under the fridge. We did have a problem with the shower not draining but the fixed it fast and said it was a frequent problem.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, completely last minute! Joe was amazing with his communication! Everything about this location and the description was spot on! Joe explained the property to perfection, including directions and everything to be prepared for, which made everything stress free. The location of this property is great, we will be back. So close to everything, including the Monorail, and strip, so walking was a breeze. It was great to walk to the room and enter from the busy Casinos to the quiet, tranquil room. Perfect!

Hidden Gem at a Perfect Location

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and chose this place based on the close location to the Strip. The property is connected to MGM and you can walk ten minutes and be on the Strip from the hotel without ever going outside via a climate-controlled walkway. We found everything to be accurate based on the listing photos and details and the unit was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the oversized bathroom had a double vanity. The view from the room to the Strip was awesome! The owners were very open with communications from the time of booking to the day of arrival which made our whole check-in and checkout process a breeze. We knew what to expect and had all our questions answered in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a location close to the strip that has everything you need with an awesome view and owners that ensure your stay is wonderful!! For our next visit, we will be looking to rebook this hidden gem!!
