“This place is awesome My son rented it for a few months while going to the University. Excellent location. Its super cozy. You can show up with nothing but your suitcase and not have to buy a thing. This cool apartment even had an umbrella by the door you could use it's clean and comfortable and Juan the owner is fantastic to work with. ”

“L'annonce est fidèle à la réalité. Un appartement très propre, bien équipé, dans un immeuble bien sécurisé. Une situation idéale pour visiter la ville historique de Salamanque, tout peut se faire à pieds. Ne pas hésiter à garer sa voiture dans un parking souterrain (peu de places disponibles près de la location) c'est ce que nous avons fait et c'était très bien. Un accueil sérieux et très bien organisé. A recommander sans soucis.”

“The property is located on the plaza mayor. Due to this, the location is excellent for exploring the historic city, but I was told by the host that bc of restrictions on the plaza, this apartment (as well as all others in the plaza) cannot have AC. During high summer, it is very difficult to sleep without AC after the heat of the day so I would not recommend this apartment for summer travel. Fans are provided but they were not enough to be comfortable. We are from Texas so I dont say this……

“Beautiful and cozy apartment, has everything you need (and coffee/tea and cookies were a very nice bonus). Beatriz was a lovely host, quick to respond to any questions, and was very gracious when we were a bit late (and a bit lost) for our check in time. The location is perfect, close to everything, and only a few mins walk to the beautiful Plaza Mayor. There is paid parking right across the street or you can cruise the streets close to the apartment to find free 24 hr parking. Look for the……

“This is comfortable apartment that felt like a home while we were staying there. It is situated around a 10 minute walk from the beginning of the old centre, but has all the shops and conveniences (including the train station) very near by. there were several large super markets less than 5 minutes away by foot. It is just far away enough from Plaza Mayor to make it so you have plan your excursions to the old centre, ”
