“Nice location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and town. The hotel was pleasant overall, but an important heads-up for future guests: the rooms do NOT have air conditioning. This was not clear to us at the time of booking and significantly affected our comfort. I recommend confirming this before booking, especially during the warmer months.”

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day.
Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm.
The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive.
Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too).
There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island.”

“When I checked in, the reception lady upsell us to upgrade the room with paying extra money to join the BBQ buffet and with a seaview room. However I found the money was not worth, it was even cheaper if I upgrade my room from expedia. It was just with a tiny narrow seaview, wasting money.
And the room was not clean. Toilet was awful. The boiler was not working on second night. The engineer said need to wait until next day. The reception lady ask us to wait in the next day. She did not think to……

“This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be.
The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar.
The food was yummy, smaller choices than on previous places I have stayed, but actually that was better as this meant what there was was replenished often and it……
