“I wasn’t informed that the boat launch and boat slip was not operational prior to my stay . I would have stayed somewhere else if I known I couldn’t launch my fishing kayak from the premises. The rental agreement notice I received gave me misinformation with providing me with code to boat launch gate and boat slip . I couldn’t launch my boat as promised by the cabin rental agreement. I won’t recommend the SpecialLake AlmanorBoat RampPetsCozyLakeside to anybody because of the false advertising.”

“Wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. Arrived to the smell of bread baking which was a pleasant surprise (thank you). We enjoyed the burning of the supplied wood in the fireplace. Sitting around the huge deck listening to the creek was really relaxing. The cabin is in a perfect location for those looking for that get away in a beautiful forest. We did find the very small town of Shingletown, about a 10 minute drive, had what we needed for any other supplies. The Reed Market had a variety of……
