「It was like being in my own clean and comfortable apartment. Easy parking and filled with the ameneties needed. Will definitely return to this place. Happy customer.」

「Great location , quiet neighborhood」

「Communication with host was great. Apartment is spacious. Parking takes some forethought especially if opting to park in offsite garage. Although the walk to and from accommodation was short and pleasant. There was a very saturated and strong smell of smoke and marijuana that existed off and on in the bathroom several times a day. (We had to ensure the door remained closed and did not keep any clothing in the bathroom) It seemed to possibly come from a common vent. This was communicated to host...

「We were disappointed with our stay at this property, which did not live up to the price we paid.Poor Management: Communication was severely lacking. There was no welcome package or property guide upon arrival. We only received basic information, like the Wi-Fi password, after I proactively called management to request an email.Property Condition: The house is dated, particularly the carpeting upstairs. More importantly, the A/C was highly ineffective, making the stay uncomfortable.Unreasonable...

「We stayed 3 nights at Scott's place. Very easy to find, and 2 parking spaces were available. Felt very safe there. It was quiet. A nice kitchen, pretty well stocked with useful kitchen appliances and cookware. They did have a counter icemaker. Nice outdoor patio area. All the rooms were nice and clean. Two bedrooms and baths are upstairs and laundry too. This place was very close to great shopping and good food places. I did contact Scott for one thing, and he responded quickly and was ready...

「The apartment was quaint and in a very nice neighborhood. I enjoyed being by the lake. The hall that led down to the apartment was very smelly. And I think they do need to provide washcloths in the bathrooms. And some of the filters needed to be replaced. I loved the balcony and the neighborhood atmosphere was terrific. The sliding door out to the balcony needs some maintenance.」

「Very nice, clean , convenient for places like restaurants, groceries, activities, beautiful park right across the street. Only disappoint was the pool not up and going. Great for pets every one had a dog 」

「Please refer to the case file. I am checking out today. However, I have heard nothing from the property manager regarding check-out procedures.」

「The location of the apartment was great, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and Beloved Bakery. The only disappointment was the furniture in the living room. What is shown in the photograph is not what it is the apartment. It shows a nice leather couch, this apartment had an old cloth couch that had no support and was hard to get out of. It also had hard metal dining chairs, would have preferred something more comfortable to sit on. I really appreciated the washer, dryer, and...

「Needs more kitchen appliances, if you need a place to stay and don’t want/need to use kitchen much, it’s decent. Showers are fun, but make a mess and run out of hot water fast. Have a feeling sheets weren’t washed, but can’t prove it. We had to cut our Tahoe stay due to blizzard short, took our things to Reno and made the best of it. Close to airport. Reno is gross」
