Great location

This property was fantastic for our needs. It's larger than it looks online and has fantastic views of the lake from most of the windows and those that don't, have great views of the mountains. The wi-fi was good which meant the younger members could be on-line without any fuss. The rooms were all of a good size and the outside space was more than adequate. As advertised, it is indeed a short walk to a nice little beach area with easy access to the lake. We would stay there again.

Good not great

The house met our needs for the week (great location with nearby food and fun activities). You should expect to receive a supplemental contract, and expect a hefty cash deposit to be paid to a local house manager. House is barebones as far as trash bags, soap, etc - don't expect any. If you pay for towels/sheets, expect a single bath towel per person. The area offers plenty to do for all - from hiking to paragliding to time at the nearby beach, and this house is a great home base for large groups.

Fantastique séjour en famille

Idealement située, la maison est grande et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons aimé son caractère et son esprit maison de famille. Le lac est à proximité, tout comme la piste cyclable et il y a de très jolies ballades en forêt autour. L’accueil de Patricia a été parfait! Je recommande vivement

Bon emplacement

Nous sommes à l'écart des embouteillages d'Annecy. Le lac est à portée de vue et accessible rapidement à pied. Nous recommandons l'emplacement de se logement.

Propreté à revoir et matériel intérieur et extérieur à changer d urgence. Les photos ne reflète pas la jeunesse de la rénovation. Chaises de cuisine en bois qui n ont plus de peinture. Salon de jardin bois pourri . M. Ray venez voir votre maison .par contre emplacement super et Mme Lombard est très sympathique

Un grand Week end agréable

Nous avons été bien accueilli et avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans cette belle maison. Chambres confortables et bonne literie. Le seul petit bémol est que nous avons trouvé la pièce de vie un peu étroite pour 10 et la table de cuisine un peu petite sachant qu'en été cela doit être plus facile car l'accès à la terrasse offre un plus grand espace

Comfortable retreat with lots of space.

We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person for linen, which were just mismatched sets that were placed in one bedroom, so this caused some confusion at the start. Otherwise we had a lovely stay, location was great, easy to catch the bus to Annecy to avoid parking. We would love to come back some time in the summer. Thank you.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cette maison, elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires de la vie quotidienne. (Vaisselle, électro-ménager, jeux, barbecues...) La maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est grande et spacieuse. Les chambres sont éloignés les une des autres, ce qui permet de respecter le sommeil et l'intimité de chacun. La cheminée et le poêle à bois ont été très appréciés par notre famille. La vue est magnifique.

Maison familiale très agréable et spacieuse

Nous sommes venus en famille pour un mariage, cette charmante maison est très agréable avec vue sur le lac. Ses différents niveaux permettent de garder un peu d'indépendance,. Les chambres sont spacieuses, beaucoup de rangement. A deux pas de la plage de doussard, à 10mn du golf , tout est facilement accessible. la literie est bonne. Excellent séjour !
