My wallet and passport were also in the bag. When I came back to the reception 2 hours later, thanks god that the hotel host help me to keep it and gave it back to me. “到達酒店前要上一段彎曲的斜路，兩旁種有大樹，像入了森林的感覺。但到達時天已全黑，好彩有明確標示，知道沒走錯路。屋主很友善，還告知看觀看鴨嘴獸的地點，結果真的看到，難忘的回憶。”

“Dreadful. I want a refund. Displayed on the site as a cozy house in a quiet spot, the accommodation is back rooms of a dingy cafe, on a main road. No-one onsite - the 'service' amounts to someone on a remote phone, watching on cameras. Telling me that I had no reservation, and then 3 minutes later calling back to say they found the reservation, but it clashes with another reservation, and they had no room. Talking with a disembodied and uncivil person standing in a carpark was NOT HOW THE……
