“Great stay place for affordable price. Quick access, no headache. ”

“Excellent location for shopping and dining, however it’s not a walking distance to the beach. If you want to spend the day at the beach prepare to pay for parking, chairs and an umbrella if you don’t bring your own. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has a bare minimum of utensils, pots, pans and dishes, not enough for someone who is planning to cook their meals. I had to be creative with how to squeeze garlic without garlic press and cut a pineapple without a cutting……

“Cute place great for couples and families, the rooms has everything you might need, clean, the pool is perfect, bike not in the best shape but they work for a little ride, the best thing about this place is that you can walk 2 min and you will be at the beach amazing We spent 4 nights we were able to use the towel that they provided and use the laundry room to wash them when needed they provided beach chairs and umbrella which was amazing ”

“Great for a family. Perfect location. Parking included was a great perk. Bikes were available free of charge which we used everyday to ride along the beach to the restaurants. Black out curtains made sleeping in easy. Ground floor had a nice patio. Really a special spot for a family. ”

“First impressions were very underwhelming considering the beautiful homes and luxury apartments that surround the property. The property itself is lacking in landscaping and there was really nothing appealing about the looks of the building or property. The 2 bedroom unit that we stayed in was immaculately clean, but you can tell that it is an older building with no glitz or glam. The window blinds were falling off or just completely missing on most of the windows. The bathroom layout was……

“I like almost everything about the inside except for the king size bed. It squeaks really really bad. Like seriously. And the kitchen needs a blender. And I also think the rooms should have black out curtains. And the balcony needs a mosquito net to keep out mosquitoes and bugs while sitting outside relaxing. I think the garbage cans should be placed downstairs instead of being so close to the door way because we had to be spraying often to keep out flies and food worms and when the rain fell……

“We stayed at this property 3rd time, it is great value, very convenient location (walking distance to supermarket and restaurants, one block to the beach). Pool was not as clean as I would like. Also I had a problem with WiFi connection, it did not require a password, and I was getting a warning that network was open and not secured. Despite assurance from the management, I did not feel comfortable using it for work or banking. ”
