Always a great experience. Whenever I get time off I stay here. Room is big and nice. Its in the midst of Laughlin so everything is walkable. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice cozy old town feel on the river. Everything was clean and plenty of security. There were plenty of restaurants etc...within walking, or ferry distance. My only complaint applies to most resorts across the States tho...you can't get a decent cup of coffee till after 8am.

This room was awful! There were no amenities such as coffee maker, fridge, microwave, etc. Also there wasn't an ice machine anywhere on the premises. The room was dirty and very old, The only decent thing about the place was that you could drive right up to the room.

I give this place no stars my family and I are homeless and was just kicked/ evicted out for false accusations stating we had damages to the room 813 . ( knife stuck in mattress) But they couldn’t even show us proof of the damages. Supposedly they had pictures and when was asked for the picture they kept going around the bush. Very unprofessional. The old lady in front desk is very rude and resist. They need new fresh blood working there. Do your job right . I was in one room for 2 weeks then was moved to another room for 2 weeks the second room was never cleaned upon request. ( I paid the rooms every week) Every time you call the front desk they were rude. The security guards banged on our door and was very rude and was demanding us to vacate the room without proof of the damages they tried charging us 1100 for the damages that they didn’t have proof of. The security supervisor with servile clothes left and came back with a receipt. but not the proof of damges. They told us that there was slashes and there was a buck or pocket knife they couldn’t even tell us exactly what knife committed the crime to the mattress . Yesterday 3/21/2026 we were moved from 813 to 131 because they said the room was already rented out. To another guest Worst place to stay at!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place CHECK YOUR ROOM BEFORE GETTING TO COMFORTABLE!!! This was Room 813 and when the housekeeper cleaned the room didn’t say anything about the knife why wait until 24 hrs to say anythin
