Family-Friendly Comfort
Welcome to this beautiful family friendly home nestled in the heart of West Launceston. This property has so much character with a blend of old-world charm and modern comforts, making it the perfect retreat for your Tasmanian getaway.
This property consist of 3 large queen bedrooms all with built in robes. A comfortable open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen is an entertainers delight.
Double doors open onto the back patio where you can sit and sip your drink of choice. You'll feel right at home here!
Guests have access to the whole house. The garage underneath is locked.
We will leave you to enjoy the home. Feel free to reach out if needed.
If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.

The stay was good. Needed more utensils to cook, no dining table. The beds were comfortable. The dryer and washing machine were great. Did not like how the shower was fixed and couldn’t adjust the height.
