「This hotel is the only available option in Ellisville and we were visiting family who didn’t have space for us so we decided to book and man oh man, I’m glad we did! When we got there, Trey greeted us and was so very kind and warm! He noticed that our booked room was different then what we initially booked and rectified the problem immediately, providing the agreed upon room through the hotel.com app. Every single time we left or came in he politely asked us if we were alright and if we needed...
