「Good breakfast and great location.」

「Clean, modern and well-maintained hotel, with friendly and accommodating staff and good location. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.」

「Recommended 100%! I will stay again! Love it!!」

「Great place and great location. Walking distance to the beach and Pop’s. Most importantly the bed we slept in was very comfortable. Place was very clean and orderly. Would definitely stay again.」

「This was the perfect setup for us and our two girls. Plenty of everything you need in the place. Very close to Nokomis beach! The pool was also very clutch. We recommend beach first, then a dip in the pool to cool you off. Try Pop’s and the ice cream spot. All walking distance. 10/10!」

「I loved the location and cleanness. My puppy loved the yard to run and play. 」

「The unit was smaller than what I expected but all we really needed for 2 ppl & it was very clean. Weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time at unit out on screened in lanai which was nice. Pool was shared with the other units on property but also very nice. The host was extremely helpful when I had an issue with washing machine that was really nobody's fault. It was a result of a plumber she had recently used forgetting to turn water supply back on. The unit is conveniently located and we...

「We had a great stay. We came with my z4 year old son he loved all the beach toys and wagon to the beach. Host was wonderful and communicative.」

「Great place. The yard was wonderful for the dogs and the house was nice and clean. Everything as described. Would highly recommend」

「Perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. Spacious and very clean. Pool was warm & inviting. Grounds are well kept. Perfect location!!!! 5 stars from us. 」

「Well-appointed home with comfortable beds and bedding. Easy walk to good dinner spots with live music on the weekend, and easy walk to the beach. Even with 3 kids and all the beach gear in the wagon it made more sense to walk than drive to the beach. Very responsive host.」

「Communication was great, property was very clean, and plenty of space.」

「Had a wonderful time at Nokomis beach. The house was plenty big enough for our family of 11. Loved having the separate apartment. We enjoyed the pool and use of kayaks and paddle board. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay.」

「Everything was great about our stay. Very clean」

「This is a very nice spot and so convenient to so many things. FYI, we could not get the TV in the living room to work. May need to be checked. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that a very large family took over the pool for the whole weekend so it was not really open or welcoming to anyone else. Great group place.」

「The Flamingo was great for our 3 person family. The pool was not very busy and we had it to ourselves when we wanted to use it. The access for beach amenities was excellent and saved us some extra purchases, ie skimboard, sharktooth shovel. The screened in porch with a drying rack for suits/towels was an added bonus. Would recommend and would stay again!」
