“Property was very clean and in a convienent location. Quick trip with extended family and it worked out very well. You can walk to Harpoon Hannahs for lunch / dinner. The beach ia a short drive away and Fenwick has a state park nearby. You need to get to the park before 10 if you want to get a spot. The park fills up and then you have to wait for people to leave to gain entrance. Beach at the park is not crowded and they have restrooms and some snacks on site. Kids rode scooters in the……

“Property owner, claims VRBO booked property without his knowledge. So it ended up being double booked. He made us pay 500 additional to stay. Although he did allow us to stay an additional night. Its the principal. The kitchen was full of ants. He had someone come and put ant traps down but that still didn't help. Non of the beds had sheets on them. I have never rented a house that doesn't have clean linen on the beds when you get there. Definitely do not recommend. ”
