「This is a cute property. I had the only room upstairs that was supposed to be non-smoking. The little porch room outside of my room had an ashtray in it and smelled like smoke. Outside of this, it was a good stay. 」

「I thought the floorplan of the motel was 'odd'; 'L' shaped building with stairwells to the second floor only at each end of the long halls, no stairs from the lobby. However, good value for the money. Common areas (ie: the halls) were exceptionally clean.」

「I liked that I was able to park my truck and enclosed trailer where I can see it. What I didn’t care for was the service…. The young girl gave me the impression of process and go feeling … wasn’t interested in hearing about the opportunity of changing rooms…. But I will stay there again yhough」

「The property was very close to the base, therefore driving back and forth was a short drive. There are tons of places to eat and drink coffee in minutes」

「Kevin and Laurie have been wonderful hosts. The cottage was spotless, with a lot of new modern touches. Sunsets are amazing, and we were lucky to be there post-season, so not sure how busy the beach gets during the summer. Water was very shallow. Great and safe for families with small children, but if you expecting to jump into the water this is not your location (at no fault to Laurie and Kevin!) This cottage met our goals and gave us the opportunity to unwind and relax!」

「The owner is EXTREMELY responsive, which is a huge positive as apposed to other cottage owners. The property is located steps (probably not more than 5) from the water. Amazing sunrise and sun set. The cottage is equipped with everything as specified in the ad. It is a lot more spacious than photos show. There are groceries near by, cell service and wifi signal is great. I would definitely re-book when it’s hotter outside as the lake was frozen for winter.」
