"Beautiful rustic inn but they need to do a better job of setting usage hours for their facilities – our sleep was disturbed from 3-430am by a couple using the hot tub and fireplace outside our room"

"Check-in was very slow. The room smelled like cigarettes. The following morning they lost the power and no staff was there to help their customers at all. I had to find the fire escape to get out of the building myself, and had to leave voicemail to tell them where I left the key since no one was there at all."
