Listed as pet friendly on expedia. When booking didnt give option to ask if i had pet. Got tbere late around 10 and guy working said oh we only have 2 pet feiendly suites. Then said he might find me something but if i give him attitude tone of voice that he could just cancel my reservation. Maybe dont use 3rd party booking sites if they dont give this info. No food in vending machine, ice machine not working. If you need a place to lay head its passable. But definitely careful if you have pets. Did super 8 night before different location and night ans day difference

We just needed a place to sleep to cut a big drive in half, and the Super8 did just that. Staff was nice, room was ok, though it lacked a bit of love -- could have used a lamp on the second night stand, the breakfast was sad. But for the price, it delivered.

We had to stay 2 nights in Pembroke and thought we would try Super 8. There was stomping and extreme noise above us all night long. I’m not sure if they are renovating during the night or what, but it was constant loud noise. Neither my husband, our infant, or myself got a wink of sleep. I would highly recommend paying the additional $50 and staying at The Comfort Inn, they are phenomenal.

Le personnel ne parle pas français et presque pas anglais. Les seules choses propres sont les draps de lit et les serviettes de bain. Tout le reste est sale et collant. Poignées de portes, portes, murs, sols, fenêtres, tables, chaise ... absolument rien n'a été nettoyé depuis très longtemps. La grille du ventilateur de la salle de bain est bouchée par la moisissure et les poussières. Il manquait la moitié de la nourriture au petit déjeuné pour le nombre de clients présents.

Accommodated our 45 minute early arrival. We thought going with a chain would be better. No one at the front desk, a little girl alerted what seemed to be her big sister that someone was here. The room smelled like mold and urine and a cooking spice. Bedside lights didn’t work because the plug was cut off. Overall dirty and run down. Unappealing bedspread colour, red. And dirty. Sorry but we were not happy leaving one dollars plus there.

There were Kaoud conversations heard through the walls late at night and the WiFi only works when you aren’t using an app. Otherwise it’s clean and the staff are very nice.

Overall ok but needs modifications in these areas.
The cleanliness of the room was ok except checked mattress bottom underneath protective cover was stained and also found the breakfast to be all bread based and not a variety of selection leaving it on the down side.

A homeless lady right inside the property was asking money (anything to help her) from my wife. My wife got scared. When reported to the reception they said she is a frequent guest paid by someone and she has habit of asking money.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Bad odour in bathroom. Very noisy people above. two people in next room had a loud conversation ALL night. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
