「This property was exactly as pictured, very clean and had necessary amenities. Very nice to have the coffee bar set up. One thing, we were not aware of the trail system two doors down. It is very beautiful and we used it daily. May want to add that to your ad on VRBO. Huge selling point. Very cute/quaint town.」

「This was our third visit to Ryan’s cottage. We love this little cottage for our family get-togethers. It is small and simple, which we don’t mind because we spend most of our time outside. It is on a quiet part of the Ottawa River, but very close to amenities in Pembroke.」

「The trailer was older but fully functional. Heat and fans for temperature control. There was lots of space to park and set up tents, the kitchen sink and stove worked well and the bbq was very helpful. The space was very nice with trails, canoeing, and the full camping experience. 「We had a flood in our BNB which we booked back in February. Thankfully this cottage was available to cover part of our stay. The kids enjoyed the location and we were so grateful for enough beds for everyone to stretch out at night (myself with 3 kids, one being a teenager)! The hosts and neighbours were welcoming and kind. Would happily return if we are in the area again. Definitely quiet and peaceful pace of life where you can relax. Gas BBQ was easy to use. 「We had a great time at this place. Once we arrived we instantly regretted not booking this place for a third night but the host was very generous and allowed us to checkout late on our final day. The views were incredible and the choices of what to do (beach, dock, boats, hot tub, trails) kept us busy. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Very quaint cabin. Cozy vibe with a sizeable kitchen, making it easy to cook meals in. The lake was gorgeous, especially at sunset. Shallow water was great for some of us to go fishing in waders. Backyard was a perfect size to sit out or play games. Beds were a bit older and less comfortable than expected but not really an issue. Overall, we had a great weekend and would gladly stay here again.」
