This hotel went above and beyond to provide a room that was comfortable and safe for my baby. Thank you to the manager and hospitality of staff. Spacious rooms and good location.

It’s a quite good hotel. Not luxurious, close to the train station. It’s located on a hill so you have to walk up a bit.

Overall, hotel was nice: clean, close to train station. Room was large. Bathroom was decent. On the negative side, despite being a large room, there was little storage for clothing. Worse, the AC barely kept the room to 78-80 degrees, and Lausanne was hot and humid. The staff was pleasant but not always terribly knowledgeable. The breakfast was sub par for 22chf. If you want a cool room, I suggest you look elsewhere.

The property is conveniently located in the city center, well connected. Staff are friendly. However we didn’t like the fact that the bedroom was connected with the bathroom through an open space, so basically you hear/smell whatever is coming from whoever you are sharing the room with. It’s just doesn’t make sense. AC is loud & breakfast is basic/overpriced.

The only issue was that I had to wait to get checked in. I did get a balcony overlooking the lake. And I didn't pay for a special room. I loved the tiny room. The tub shower was a bit small. But, it was so cute and what a view and it had all you could need. I wish it was my permanent apartment. I stayed at the hotel in front of it two nights before. This was much better. One street away from the noise. Great black out drapes. TV was good. A great way to end my trip. And I'm a difficult grader.

Sauna always broken

The sauna was broken. Not the first time either. The main reason i chose this hotel was because of the sauna. It was broken and didn't get fixed. This is easily fixed in a few hours even if it means installing a new unit. So I feel robbed.

Un hôtel bien situé. Un design élégant et parfait pour un voyage professionnel. Ce qui doit impérativement être amélioré : Le petit déjeuner. Produits bas de gamme voir très bas de gamme. La salade de fruit est clairement en conserve. Les viennoiseries sont du cigale de bas niveau. Etc. Ne pas prendre l’option petit déjeuner et aller dans un café proche est une bien meilleure option. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas quand il fait chaud (c’est la réponse qui m’a été donnée à la réception quand j’ai posé la question!) chambre beaucoup trop chaude pour dormir. L’amabilité du personnel est moyenne. Un serveur nommé Jamel a été exécrable lorsque nous travaillions en terrasse et même quand nous sommes resté déjeuner. Pareil à la réception, ils ne parlent pas français et aucun sens du service. Un gros travail de formation à réaliser avec le personnel.
