“Casa Cascada is very clean, comfortable and pretty. The location is great too - an easy 10-minute walk to the port and tourist area, or a $2 taxi ride. There are also lots of great local restaurants that are very cheap on that 10-minute walk from the hotel to downtown. My room was big with air conditioning, a large window and a private bathroom. “Patty House is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Cruz. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with information about the island and tours, which made planning activities much easier. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, a great way to start the day before exploring. What stood out the most was Patty, the owner. She is honest, kind, and genuinely cares about her guests. Unlike some places where tourists might feel pressured……

“Great hotel adjacent to downtown area of puerto Ayora. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Pool area was great and helpful for the kids to play (note there is no beach in town, it’s outside of town). Poolside bar was a nice touch as well. Had bikes to loan and a kayak for the lagoon it sits on. We loved this place.”
