"I'll start by saying that I have stayed in dozens of vacation rental and have never had an instance where I felt it necessary to provide a negative review. We knew the home was older from the listing pictures but there was a key detail that was not mentioned or visible in the listing which is that the only shower in the home was a cast iron tub which had been converted into a shower. One of our guests was an older gentlemen and had we known this detail would have allowed us to make other...
