A wonderful shore house at a wonderful location.
We enjoyed a late Summer week at the shore in our favorite town of Lavallette. Bill's shore house exceeded our expectations and was truly a wonderful place to stay. Very well located and very close to the beautiful beach. Life is good, especially at the Jersey shore!

Comfortable home in Lavallette
Cozy home with a good location for beach and bay as it is right in between both. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were as pictured. Kitchen is very narrow and small, yet had the necessities. One note: perhaps a narrower kitchen table with bench seating that could be tucked under the table when not in use would be a better fit for the space. Overall, a lovely vacation was had by all.

Excellent cute home
This home was perfect for our stay. We traveled with 2 adults and 6 kids (ages 19-6). 4 beds plus a pull out couch was accommodating for our family. Bathrooms are a bit tight but we made it work. Communicating with the host was very easy. Great location!

Wonderful stay
Rented as a birthday present for my mom to be with family and friends. The owner is very responsive and the home is amazing. Close to many shops and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again. It was a lovely time.

What a perfect house for our spring break family trip! We comfortable fit our family of 4, each had a bedroom. 2 bathrooms /showers is a huge bonus. This very cute and VERY clean small home is awesome. The photos accurately portray the home. The owner really did a lot to make this space feel larger than it is. Two comfortable sized bedrooms on each floor. Kitchen is small as described, BUT has everything that you need in that space. Very relaxing and comfortable enclosed front porch with furniture. Nice enclosed little breakfast/coffee room in rear overlloking rear deck. Very nice deck and table/chairs in the rear. The area is very peaceful. Beach is 1 block away. Owner is very accommodating and available. We love it so much that it hurts to give it a well-deserved great review and have others discover this little gem! lol

Cute little house, great location.
When we arrived to the property, access to the front porch was locked and could not access the house. Called the number the owner sent, but it was the wrong number. While my fiancé tried calling I went around the back and found back door unlocked. Upon entering the back porch, there was a pile of towels and sheets on the table along with a pile of cardboard. I unlocked the front door and we started unpacking. As we were putting groceries away we found the refrigerator FILTHY AND FOOD IN THE OVEN, along with baked on food on the bottom of the oven. I contacted the owner with the issues and he was going to mention it to the cleaners, which didn't do a very good job around the house too. Now the good, its a cute little house perfectly located. Half way between the ocean and bay. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is a bit small. Besides the cleaning issues we would think about renting it again.

I was able to check in early which was nice, except I don’t think the cleaning people finished… flower vase filled with dirty water left on dining room table,opened package of bacon and cold cuts left in refrigerator, Upstairs bathtub dirty with soap scum and hair in drain. Ceiling fans dirty . No place to hang beach towels (no clothesline of some sort ), dryer inside house does not work. Window in upstairs bedroom is broken, so when I opened it, the window slammed down. The backyard is shared with another house in the back ( which should be disclosed in listing) It can get a bit crowded especially if your looking for privacy. The kitchen is very small . I could not get the oven to work. But the location is great !

Cute, Quiet, and overall Lovely
I stayed at this property in early June with my cousins. The house was so adorable and not dirty at all. The location was great- just a short walk to the beach and town. Our stay was lovely and I would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a quiet and peaceful escape to the Jersey Shore.

Loved our trip to the shore!
We had a wonderful stay at the beach! The house accommodated all our needs. Bill is a very generous host! The location was a short walk away from miles of sandy beach and a short walk to the bay, shops and restaurants. Once we got there we didn't get in the car until we left! We loved going in the off season. We had beach all to ourselves, with the exception of a few friendly fisherman.

Great place, close to the beach
Perfect location: 1 block from beach or bay, 3 blocks from Meg’s in one direction and 3 blocks from Crab’s Claw in the other direction. Bill, the owner, was very responsive when we had a question. Beach badges were included which is a big plus. We had a great stay!

We had a great week at the shore in July 2021. Short walk to the ocean, bay, and shopping. House was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, a/c kept the house nice and cool. The patio and table in the back were a lovely space to share a meal or relax in the shade of the umbrella. Bill was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed.

it's a nice house. the screened-in porch and back deck are really nice places to relax and chat. the rooms are designed to maximize capacity, so the furniture is a little tight for the space. but i think that's kind of to be expected. check in was super easy and the owners were responsive during the stay. the only real drawback was that the internet was a bit spotty, and the router was having trouble rebooting. i'm sure that'll be fixed within days, though.

Wonderful Lavallette Stay!
The house exactly as described and pictured. It was perfect for our week stay in June. Air conditioning, appliances, wifi, and cable all worked nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. The outside deck and the enclosed sunroom were nice to use in the morning and after the beach. It's a short walk to the beach, the bay, and the shops. We hardly used our cars! The owner was very nice, helpful, and easy to reach. The neighbors were very friendly and we really loved visiting Lavallette. We will be returning to this house and town in the future!!

It was a lovely experience. My family all had their own rooms. Lots of privacy when needed. Neighborhood great . Location great. Owner very very accommodating with earlier and later checkin time and later ( all day) checkout. Cleanliness satisfactory... to good.. needs more pots and pans and knives and forks for larger entertainment. Outdoor space excellent and comfortable... Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to get back.

Shared Yard
Overall we had a lovely stay at this home and in Lavallette. Please be aware: this house has a SHARED backyard. There is a bungalow behind the house. This can be a huge asset if you rent both properties for a large family/ group, OR a significant con if you are seeking privacy. I wish we knew this in advance, as it was not clear from the listing. The neighbor’s table is right next to your table. The area is quiet and family oriented which is just what we needed. The house is perfectly situated between the bay and beach and both are walking distance. Downstairs is updated, the upstairs rooms and bathroom were not (rugs), however still comfortable. The kitchen is galley style. A more thorough cleaning (under beds and under the couch, upstairs bathroom) would have been preferred but overall ok. If you are working remotely, be aware that the WiFi signal was not consistent, therefore we ended up using our own hotspots. The breeze from the front porch is absolutely lovely- my fav spot in the house! Ample cleaning products and hand sanitizer was available which was nice. Beach umbrellas, sand toys and towels were available. The outdoor shower was awesome to have! The owner gave us food recommendations which was helpful. We liked outdoor dining at Channel Marker Cafe and Red’s Lobster Pot who both did great on following the safety guidelines.

Cute beach house, with visuals of the bay and ocean beach dunes, easy walk to either. Convenient to Point Pleasant and Sea Side Heights Boardwalks. House is clean, the beds are comfortable, we all know how important that is! Owners are super nice and quick to respond if you have any questions.

We had a sad family event in the Jersey Shore area and needed a rental close by. This was a very nice rental on the Jersey Shore. It must be great when it’s in the summer vs winter. Had a few questions for the owner, who was readily available.

Jersey Shore In September is the BEST
This home was perfect in every way! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything we needed was here! William was a wonderful host! Very responsive and went above and beyond! Great location, love how it is decorated, clean and comfy!! Do not hesitate to come stay here you can not go wrong!
