New, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped to provide you with complete comfort, this accommodation will offer you direct access to the heart of the station, with its shops and restaurants. Perfect for reaching ski lessons, enjoying the hiking trails that are just a few steps away, and taking advantage of the many activities offered in all seasons.

A cellar for storing equipment in summer and winter and a private underground parking space will make your stay easier.

You will find a large living area with equipped kitchenette (washing machine, oven, microwave, top fridge, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), a lounge with its large sofa bed convertible to 160x190, a sleeping area with a single bed 90x190, a superb south-facing balcony with garden furniture, offering beautiful light in the living area and allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and the magnificent view of the Plomb du Cantal and the ski slopes.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom offering more privacy.

End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by you before departure and will be checked. If you do not wish to do so, you can request this service through our agency and it will cost you €46.
