Apartment "House Samantha Lago Maggiore" with Lake View & Terrace

The bright and modern apartment "House Samantha Lago Maggiore" is located in Laveno Mombello and enchants guests with its proximity to the lakeshore. The 35 m² studio is located on the ground floor (accessible via 3 steps) and consists of a living/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchenette as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a baby cot, a washing machine, air conditioning and a satellite TV.

From the private, open terrace, which is equipped with outdoor furniture, you have a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.

There is a pizzeria trattoria 80 m away and within 550 m (7 minutes' walk) there are several supermarkets. The flat is 200 m from the shore of Lake Maggiore and the Laveno boat landing (450 m), where a ferry with the Laveno - Intra connection departs.

Pets are allowed.

Free parking in front and behind the house.

No loud noises permitted after 10 pm.
