Very nice home to stay

Very good ,the house was perfect everything was there and it was in a calm distance,,the owners are very kind and helpfull.a very nice swimmingpool with a great garden.it is in de middle of the ardeche so you cann see a lot of little villages and gorges the ardeche we had a great time we recommend this house

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very nice and comfortable, with everything we needed. In a few places, it could use a small update or refresh, but overall it was well maintained. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Great Stay in the Ardeche

This villa is in a quiet corner of the village of Lavilledieu, yet is convenient for all the Ardeche has to offer. All the rooms are on one floor, and in particular include a large conservatory which opens fully into a small patio which is ideal for eating out. The hosts are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. In fact my son was lent a bike to explore part of the countryside at no cost! The pool is also very inviting.

Netjes en rustig gelegen. Voor activiteiten moet je de omgeving gaan verkennen. canyoning is erg gaaf en goed te doen qua afstand. Bij het huisje is wandelen over het bospad leuk. Dorpje zelf is niets te doen. Grotere plaatsen dien je hiervoor aan te doen. Gastvrouw en heer erg aardig en gul met uitleg (in het Frans). Alle gemakken zijn voorzien in een schoon en fijn huisje.

Wir hatten mit unseren drei Jungs einen super Aufenthalt in dem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Die Umgebung um die Ardeche lädt zu vielen Unternehmungen ein !

belle location au calme, arborée et bien placée.

Nous avons apprécié le logement très agréable et lumineux, une véranda qui s'ouvre sur un jardin arboré, au calme et sans vis à vis. La situation est aussi très bien car proche des centres d'intérêt touristiques; le forêt derrière la maison offre aussi la possibilité de faire des ballades proches; L'accueil et les propriétaires ont été aussi fort agréables; nous recommandons cette location

Herzliches Heim an der Ardeche

Du kannst dich auf ein geräumiges und schattiges Heim freuen. Essen ist je nach Wetter im Wohnzimmer, in einer vollverglasten Veranda (die sich öffnen lässt) oder im Freien möglich. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt viele Spiele, sogar einen Pokerkoffer (bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt). Das Haus liegt am Rande eines ausgedehnten Eichenwaldes, in den man direkt vom Garten aus gelangen kann. In der Nähe gibt es einige wilde Karsthöhlen, die du mit etwas Mut und einer Stirnlampe auf eigene Faust erforschen kannst. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung an sich ist an einigen Stellen etwas reparaturbedürftig (Wasserleitung im Bad, Siphon am Waschbecken, Gardinen...), aber der Gastgeber ist immer bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt.

Vacances parfaites dans une jolie maison avec tout le necessaire..le jardin ,la piscine...le calme rien ne manque et la gentillesse des hotes .. nous reviendrons c'est sur l'annee prochaine tous les 3 (avec notre toutou ) qui s'est fait un bon copain "rio" le chien de la famille qui est tres gentil..bref que du bonheur ..myriam,et christian

Bien mais heures de gloire passées.

Ce logement a eu son heure de gloire, quelques accessoires (grille pain, cafetière) ne fonctionnaient pas à notre arrivée mais on été immédiatement remplacés par les propriétaires. Panneau de la douche ne tient pas. Une fuite d'eau dans la seconde salle de bain nécessite des opérations spécifiques à chaque utilisation du robinet, faute de se brûler, des prises de courant ne tiennent pas. les peintures mériteraient d'être rafraîchies. L'une des chambres pour adulte sert de passage pour rejoindre la deuxième, ce qui n'est pas signalé dans la description, mais en été on peut simplement sortir de cette dernière par la porte-fenêtre et rejoindre le salon/cuisine. Malgré tout, le bâtiment qui est adjacent au logement des propriétaire est au calme, à l'ombre, dispose d'une grande place au calme (à part le chien du voisin qui anime le quartier), à l'ombre. L'accès à la plage et la piscine se fait par un escalier dont la disposition des marches requiert de l'attention pour ne pas trébucher. La piscine est partagée avec les propriétaires comme indiqué mais nous bénéficions de larges plages horaires d'utilisation, les plages sont ombragées et fournies en transats. l'accès à la piscine par une échelle de descente ne permet pas à tout le monde son utilisation.

Super séjour propriétaire très sympa Villa et piscine agréables. Très bien reçus à l'arrivée avec une bouteille de vin. Villa et piscine très agréables. Location très calme et chant des cigales. On a bien apprécié la piscine. Au départ, cadeau des propriétaires qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Location à recommander.
