“Very nice met our expectations and very accomidating”

“terrible experiance . I never received a check in email dispite requesting check in datails by email several times . I went to the property that I had booked and paid for and knocked on the door . I was told it was not a short term rental despite being sure of the address . 5 minutes later I got an email from verbo stating the reservation had been canceled leaving me with no place to stay at 10:30 at night”
