This downtown loft is ideally located to take advantage of the best Lawrence has to offer. Sitting just a few steps off Massachusetts St., it is a walker’s paradise, around the corner from some of the best restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, fashion retailers and nightlife in Lawrence. You're also less than a mile to KU campus, Memorial Stadium and just a bit over two miles to Allen Fieldhouse. Enjoy the sunrise from your balcony or move down to the terrace which has a BBQ grill, fireplace, Jacuzzi and ample seating for lounging.

Fantastic location! The condo listing was spot on in describing the features and location. We appreciated detailed check-in info and enjoyed every place we visited among Aaron's dining recommendations.
