Security Deposit:
In order to provide every guest with a clean undamaged home and the best possible experience, all bookings require a $500 security deposit hold. This is not a charge and only a hold on your card. Things that will result in partial/total loss of security deposit:
- Any kind of smoking inside of the house (smoke detectors are installed)
- Damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear
- Excessive cleaning required after check-out
- Unauthorized gatherings/parties
- Breaking max guest rule
