I love this place

The house was amazingly spacious. My family stayed here for the weekend when my son graduated high school. Lots of memories were made, the hosts were very accommodating. I'll definitely recommend this home to anyone with a large family.

Good, but not worth the price

We were a group of four families staying in town for a weeklong baseball tournament. The house met our needs as far as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms went. The AC worked well, which we appreciated in the summer heat. And the pool itself was nice (and pretty clean). The negatives of the house are that it isn’t as described in the pictures or description. The pool area was very dirty, with old blow up toys strewn about, cigarette butts in the yard and in the grill, just very run down and dirty. The house was not well equipped…the kitchen had two small pans (with all of the non-stick worn off, so very unhealthy to use), a small number of coffee cups and silverware (4-5 forks). Very difficult to cook for a large group when the kitchen didn’t have many utensils, bowls, pots/pans. The pool table is in really bad shape, the light above the table doesn’t work, there wasn’t any chalk, etc. The air hockey table didn’t float the puck and there weren’t any darts for the dart board. The host was very responsive when I contacted them regarding several of these things. They brought a new grill, but we had to buy propane for it. They sent new darts for the dart board, but they were the wrong kind. It took two messages to get the pool area cleaned up a little. Overall, the house was ok. We have stayed in much nicer homes for less money. I don’t think they should be charging what they do or else they should make updates to the house and get better cleaning people.
