Layton, UT VRBO - great place

Accommodations were excellent. Host communication also excellent. It was a great place for family to hang out and rest up for all the activities we did.

New Townhouse - Excellent Location

The house was very nicely furnished. Easy to get to from the freeway. Excellent locations. My kids and grandkids really enjoyed staying here.

The property was exactly as described. The hosts were incredible. They had donuts, milk in the fridge, and cereal on the counter when we arrived. The bathrooms had emergency supplies in case you forgot anything. Amazing location. Close to freeway, food, and everything that you might want.

Our stay was for two nights for a family wedding in Layton with our two grown daugthers and their fiance's and our stay on Alice Way was great! What you see in the beautiful pictures is exactly what you find when you walk in the door. Exceptionally clean and well taken care of property. Tammy, the host, was so kind and responsive. Great extra touches like the master bathroom having additional toiletries in case you forgot something. And the surprise to find a new half gallon of milk and almond milk in the fridge for the cereal bar was a really nice touch. Can't recommend this place enough if you're in the area. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

We came into town for a wedding and this place worked out so well for us. We were all able to spend some quality time togther is a clean and comfortable home. The host was great and answered all our questions. There were 6 if us and we all felt very comfortable there. Plenty of space and parking.

Beautiful well appointed home

The house is beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our impromptu vacation. The fully equipped kitchen was great for home cooked meals. Laundry facility was a huge help and the garage allowed us to pack up out of the hot sun.

Host Tammy was very thoughtful. She welcomed us with donuts, dog treats and warm wishes for our dog. The place was great! We really enjoyed our stay. Also we were very appreciative we were able to bring our dog.

Check in was great, enter a garage, was able to park 2 vehicles in Garage . Had cookies waiting on the counter. Place was beautiful, nicely furnished plenty of beds for our needs and a basket of stuff in masterbath just in case you forgot to pack something. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The property was wonderful. There were many extra touches that made it fantastic. The living room was extremely comfortable. (Love the rug, so soft). The kitchen was roomy! The hostess went out of her way for us. The only issue was the map on Vrbo app shows the property in the wrong location. I’m pretty sure that one is on Vrbo. When we googled the address we got to the right place. Only about a mile south.

Listen, I travel—a lot—and this host sets the gold standard for how it should be done. The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need: plenty of cooking essentials, both a Keurig and a coffee maker (a proper host must!), cozy throw blankets, layered bedding, a great mix of pillows, and a super comfortable mattress. The dishware was lovely, the décor was thoughtful, and the whole place was spotless.There was even a basket in the bathroom with all the little things you might forget—such a nice touch! When I checked in, I was greeted with donuts, milk, a milk alternative in the fridge, and even treats and poop bags for my dog. Perfection.This host runs her business like a true professional. Comfort was around every corner, and every room felt intentional and well put-together. I usually find myself rearranging or organizing a few things when I arrive somewhere—but not here. Everything was just right, which honestly brought me so much calm from the start.
