"Perfect if you enjoy walking or wading through other people’s excrement, this place is for you. The accommodation needs a lot of love. The first toilet was non-functional upon our arrival, and the second one, when flushed, would expel excrement and water all over the floors. They came three times to fix it, and each time the caretaker told us everything was repaired. The fourth time was too much. The owner stopped responding to my calls or texts. We left immediately. "The owners were incredibly helpful, meeting us in the evening when we arrived, literally taking us to meet the owner of a favorite restaurant and making a reservation for us at another. We've never felt so welcomed! This is a quirky property that worked well for us. Lots of neighborhood food nearby, and easy walking into the city. We appreciated the wine gift and the amount of space."

"Fun quirky little apartment had everything you need. The steps were a little slow going for my 79 year old mom but it was doable and the restaurants and grocery stores right around the corner made it super easy to get whatever you might need the metro was close as well as the ruins and museums. Would definitely stay there again."
