  • Lovely refurbished apartment with all modern comforts on the first floor in the heart of the ancient Rione Monti, one of the most historical areas in rome and loved by both Romans and tourists.The apartment is on the first floor (UK) (2nd floor USA) of an old building with lift and it is composed of two double bed rooms (in one room you can have two single beds instead of a double bed), a living room with table, chairs and a bed sofa (for two persons) with a lovely terrace, a well equipped kitchen (oven. fridge, microwave, dishwasher), a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV are available. A wonderful view over San Martino ai Monti square. Through the windows you can see the beautiful square of San Martino ai Monti with two medieval towers: Capocci Tower and Graziani Tower and also see the back side of San Martino e San Silvestro Church. You can see also in the distance the horses on the top of the Altar of the Fatherland (Altare della patria).

My family had a wonderful two night stay at this charming apartment in Rome. It was a good fit for me, my husband and our two teenage kids. We enjoyed the cute coffee shop around the corner and the area was safe and walkable. Would definitely recommend!

This place is perfect ! Near of everything and clean and …perfect ! If you want the nicest place in Rome ; take this place. We were there with 3 kids and they love the apt !! They slept like baby in there ;) To finish , the host is very kind and is so quick to answer. Grazie mille !!!

The apartment was quiet, spacious, professionally cleaned and stocked with bedding, linens and towels. I would have no hesitation in recommending it. Martina was a joy to deal with.

Incredible apartment in the middle of it all. We were in the city ding a heatwave and the air conditioning worked beautifully. I loved the separated space for the bedrooms and beautiful terrace. Having a washer and dishwasher was amazing. There were thoughtful touches throughout like drinks in the fridge, razors, shower caps etc in the bathroom. The communication with the host was great and I'd absolutely recommend this to my friends.

This location was perfect for our family of four. We were within walking distance to all the major landmarks with lots of great food options and convenience stores nearby. Ms. Martina was so accommodating and provided wonderful advice and assistance. Highly recommend this accommodation and would stay again if we ever get to return to Rome.

Large space that is great for a family. Full kitchen and washing machine were great, and small terrace is such a bonus! Walking distance to many historical sites and the property sits between two metro stops. Martina was fantastic and very helpful when I fell sick and needed to see a doctor. Would stay here again and definitely would recommend!

We loved our stay here in Rome. Martina was so helpful from the time we landed until the time we left. She was always available and responded so quick anytime I had questions. She was able to give us some Great recommendations for great places around the city. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Loved ending our nights on the terrace to play cards before going to bed. The location was great… a little outside the main tourist area (about a mile walk to the big tourist attractions), but closer to the locals. The ‘bar’ right outside on the corner was a favorite for our morning coffee and pastries. We saw the same locals and their families everyday and they were so friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Monti and would highly recommend it. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The beds were the most comfortable of the three VRBOs we stayed in during our trip to Italy, with plenty of pillows that made for a great night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing.The bathrooms were well stocked with an abundance of towels, along with soap and shampoo—small touches that made a big difference. It was clear the hosts went the extra mile to ensure guests had everything they needed.One of the highlights was the detailed welcome guide. It was incredibly well organized and included helpful information about the apartment, transportation, and excellent restaurant recommendations, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the neighborhood.The apartment was a great fit for our family of five (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and one child), with a layout that gave everyone enough space to relax. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum and surrounded by many wonderful restaurants, cafés, and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again on a future trip to Rome.
