Lovely property in a beautiful location

A lovely property in a beautiful location, especially if you have a car. The pool area was very nice and the views of the vineyards in the background were stunning. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-kept, though with three children I sometimes felt a little on edge due to the number of house rules to follow (such as air conditioning set at a certain temperature, only one appliance to be used at a time, waste recycling being a 10-minute drive away, no WiFi—though phone signal was fine—and only certain items allowed in the dishwasher). Overall, it’s a charming place with a lot of character, but perhaps best suited to guests who don’t mind a more structured stay.

Kleine Überbauung inmitten der Weinreben. Lage des Pools war sehr ruhig. Der tägliche Transport der Sonnenliegen von der Wohnung an den Pool, war sehr mühsam. Bessere Sonnenliegen. Der Ablauf des Abfallkonzeptes war uns längere Zeit schleierhaft. Wir haben uns selber organisiert. Dies wäre wünschenswert, wenn dies besser erklärt wird. Die Wohnung liegt fast direkt neben einer start befahrenen Strasse. Tagsüber bis spät Nachst daher lärmig.

Een aangenaam verblijf in alle rust!

Ruim, nieuw en perfect onderhouden appartement in een rustige privé appartementenblok. Alles wat nodig is, is voorzien, ook voor een lang verblijf. Het zwembad is zeker een pluspunt. Strand vlot bereikbaar (met de auto). Regarda heeft ons heel vlot geholpen bij problemen met de elektriciteit op de eerste dag. Weinig verbeterpunten, zeer goede communicatie en service, waarvoor nogmaals bedankt! Ook de wine tasting en de fles wijn bij aankomt was een leuke attentie! Bedankt op ons verlof zo fijn te verzorgen.

Besser als wir es uns ausgemalt hatten!

Wir sind eine kleine, junge Familie und haben eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Alles war wie beschrieben und vor Ort sogar besser als wir es uns ausgemalt hatten. Sehr große Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Auch die Außenanlagen und Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Eine eigene Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden. Kleine Kritikpunkte: - kein WLAN und auch Handyempfang nicht sehr gut - ausschließlich italienische TV Sender - Mieter ist für die Müllentsorgung verantwortlich, leider einige Kilometer entfernt Dies soll aber unsere Zufriedenheit nicht schmälern, würden dennoch jederzeit wieder durch buchen! Absolut empfehlenswert.
