Very Nice!

Very nice, well equipment property. Quiet area, however easy 15 min walk to the center of Lazise. Nice pool and lovely roof terrace which we used a lot in the evenings. Highly recommended

Lovely apartment on the outskirts of Lazise. Very clean, well-furnished and amazing rooftop terrace. The barbecue facilities were brilliant. We hired a car to get around the lake, and it was great to have a private garage. Apartment itself is in nice, peaceful area with a pool my kids loved using. Not far from the town centre - lake & restaurants all within walking distance (15mins). We had a great two weeks here.

Wirklich sehr besonders

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr besonders und so wie beschrieben! Das Gebäude ist noch ziemlich neu und insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Sehr angenehme Nachbarschaft! Ein bisschen außerhalb von Lazise. Der Ort lässt sich jedoch recht schnell mit Fahrrädern erreichen oder auch über einen etwas längeren Fußmarsch. Die Tiefgarage war super. Sehr praktisch für eine Anreise mit dem Auto. Sehr geräumig und sicher!

Schöne, moderne, saubere Wohnung

Schöne, moderne, saubere Wohnung. Mit vielen Balkonen, leider war die Dachterrasse nicht direkt über die Wohnung erreichbar, man musste über das Gemeinschaftstreppenhaus gehen und so immer die Wohnungstür offen lassen, wollte man keinen Schlüssel mitnehmen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit persönlichen Tipps im Handbuch ausgestattet. Es gab eine private Garage mit Fahrrädern zur Nutzung für Mieter. Gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit viele extras

Wir waren in Mai 2024 für 6 Tagen hier. Bei der Schlüsseläbergabe wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und über die Lage sowie sonstige Themen zur Wohnung ausführlich informiert. 1. Die Wohnung ist absolut der Hammer. Ausstattung: 3x Balkon und eine wunderschöne Dachterasse (identisch mit den Bilder die im Internet gezeigt werden). 2x Schlafzimmer wovon einer mit Doppelbett und der andere mit Stockbett. 2x Badezimmer / Toiletten, wovon einer mit eine Regen-Dusche Ich habe mich in den Outdoor-Grill auf der Dachterasse verliebt :-). Leider war da der Kühlschrank nicht in Betrieb / Kein Strom drauf. Der Pool reicht völlig aus zum entspannen. Sonne oder Schatten ist hier vorhanden. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Klima-Anlage / Wify und etc. etc. Ebenfalls ist die Wohnung sehr sauber. Der dazugehörige Tiefgarage ist geräumig und per Funkfernbedienung zu öffnen. 2. Lage Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1,5 km vom Zentrum am Hang. Dadurch ist es möglich einwenig vom Gardasee zu sehen oder den schönen Sonnenuntergang. Ich möchte mich nochmals bei den Vermieter bedanken und auch die nette Damen vom Vermietungsbüro (Agenzia) für diese wunderschöne Wohnung. Natürlich ist diese Wohnung nicht günstig, aber ich denke, es ist für einen Kurzurlaub sein Geld wert. Grüße Fam. van Daalen Die Dusche ist releativ glatt. Vielleicht sollte hier eine Antirutsch-Folie angebracht werden. Ansonsten gibt es aus unsere Sicht keine Verbesserungswürdigen Themen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung im ruhiger, aber nicht abgelegener Lage

Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber und hochwertig, die Dachterassse und der Pool sind sehr schön. Wir waren zu dritt, so dass in der Wohnung genug Platz vorhanden war. Zum Zentrum von Lazise (Einkaufen, Essen usw.) betrug der Laufweg nur ca. 15 min. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.

Super Aufenthalt in nagelneuer Ferienanlage

Die Ferienanlage (insgesamt 10 Wohneinheiten) hat uns super gefallen. Sie verfügt über einen Pool, einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, eine vollständig ausgestattete Dachterrasse mit Außenküche inkl. Kühlschrank und Gasgrill und einer Klimaanlage in der gesamten Ferienwohnung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Einzig der Fußweg nach Lazise ist leider etwas ausbaufähig, da man die letzten 300 Meter zurück zum Apartment an einer Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerweg zurücklegen muss. Dennoch würde ich die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Checkin wurde im nahegelegenen Büro von regarda.it durchgeführt. Die Damen vor Ort waren super freundlich und zuvorkommen. Auch hierfür gibt es fünf Sterne.
