On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating (gas). Air conditioning available in all rooms The entrance is covered, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the porch with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 40 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the loggia. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. 2 bedrooms each 14 sqm and with 2 single beds. American kitchen 25 sqm and with gas stove (5 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (90 l, freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 12 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. 3 bathrooms each 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, Wii, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Lazise, district of Pacengo, 100 m a.s.l. The villa is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. ++ DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NOT IN THE POOL ++. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in the garage.
