"Wife was very happy to find the birthday decorations on the bed when I called the hotel to inform them it’s my wife’s birthday. Spa therapist was very helpful and professional. Staff at the reception are all very kind and helpful and goes the extra way to help us. They help us book the spa, and when it was raining when we were leaving the hotel, the bellboys sheltered us with umbrella to our car and the lady (I didn’t catch her name) came out in the rain to bid us farewell. Definitely a good stay and they made us feel like VIP. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel looks nice outside, but the room is dated especially the bathroom. When I stay at any hotel, the first thing I do is wipe everything that I think I would touch with a Clorox wipe. I then use that same Clorox wipe to wipe the floor. At this hotel the floor was very clean because that wipe was still white after I used it on the floor. The room needs new paint and the bathroom needs to be renovated as mold was seen everywhere - the sink, the tub, etc. I’m not sure why it’s a 5 Stars rated hotel. Maybe the outside is but definitely not the room. The bath tub is so high. You would loose your balance and fall when you step outside after the shower. "

"Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great location Love breakfast here. Room at the old building is ok. It’s small but clean. Wifi is not so great & same with TV. I can’t watch the local channel & YouTube is not so stable. I can’t watch it most of the time. "

"The place was very clean and well kept, we specifically looked for hotels where there’s a gym. Having access to the Equinox gyms — they’re big, clean, and the huge pool was such a nice bonus. Trayce and the staff were also very accommodating in communications with us throughout our time - making sure we have proper hydration, towels, and any amenities that we may have forgotten. It really made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. We definitely look forward to staying at everyone at equatorial again! "
