「Hotel location very good , dinner not as good as expected , breakfast nothing exceptional, bar didn’t use , only had a glass of red wine .. generally very busy hotel . Overall standard not as good as other Novotel , room with no fridge , no safe , no body lotion , shower area not that practical … Okay for one night , wouldn’t want to stay longer …」

「The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant is truly original with the biggest " cheese dome" in the world. The big problem I had was that the rooms are not equipped with a mini bar which is a must at any time of the year but more so during a heat wave. I was upgraded to a room with a tiny fridge and no alcohol in it. There was no vending machine either. The underground parking is very convenient with a direct elevator to the reception area.」

「Don’t expect to be able to get any food if you haven’t pre booked it. We travelled from the uk and after a long journey wanted some food and a glass of fizz. Only to be told that wasn’t possible. But a local bar shut in one hour so we needed to be quick. For a place that cost over 330 pounds a night I’d expect a little bit more service. The grounds and the place are beautiful but being able to get basic food and drink has always been staple in France so was very disappointing we couldn’t get...
