La Régence

  • Picture the dream of a waterfront villa offering serene vacations wrapped in peace and tranquility. Villa La Régence brings that dream to life.

Set gracefully on the beach with a stunning view of Rocher du Diamant, Villa La Régence invites you to an unforgettable escape, accompanied by the soothing rhythm of waves, the tropical sun's gentle embrace, and the captivating essence of Caribbean living. With your well-being in mind, the owners enlisted an architect and interior designer to create a unique and welcoming retreat. The result is magnificent: Villa La Régence effortlessly marries Creole charm with modern comfort and state-of-the-art amenities, offering a stay defined by privacy and luxury.

My beachfront luxury villa rental in Le Diamant

Overlooking the sea, the kitchen serves as a vibrant hub for shared culinary moments. Adjacent to it, the living room combines a cozy seating area and an elegant dining space, all framed by soothing ocean views.

Villa La Régence features five air-conditioned bedrooms, four with luxurious Italian-style showers crafted with natural stones and premium fixtures. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, while three are upstairs. The first bedroom, with its exposed beams, offers a charming sea view. The second, designed as a playful dormitory, is a children's paradise with bunk beds. Upstairs, a second lounge doubles as a TV room, inviting guests to unwind on plush sofas facing a home cinema and library. The third bedroom exudes romance with a canopy bed and sea views, while the fourth also faces the ocean, showcasing beds framed by a banana fiber headboard. A dressing room and Italian-style shower with dual sinks complete this luxurious space. Compact yet comfortable, the fifth bedroom offers a single bed.

My vacation home with pool on the beach in Martinique

A secondary dining area flows seamlessly from the villa under a rustic carbet, perfectly framing the sea view and embodying the indoor-outdoor living charm of tropical getaways. The outdoor lounge invites you to savor aged rum, while the sunbathing area, equipped with loungers, promises pure relaxation after a refreshing swim in the sea-view pool. The villa is rated 5*.

Villa La Régence is a true haven, where unpacking sparks serenity and an irresistible desire to stay longer.

First breakfast included: sliced bread, fruit juice, butter, ham, cheese, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, jam, eggs, and a basket of fresh fruit.

Merci beaucoup!

A perfect Vacation Home

We could not have asked for a better place to truly escape from the winter than Villa Regence. From the stocked kitchen to the numerous areas inside and out to gather for Ti Punch and relax to it's beach front location. The house is perfectly situated for a day of snorkeling at Anse Noir, or a trip to a distillery, or for just doing nothing but enjoying the sun and sand of Martinique. You can walk to town on the beach if you need to, baguettes at the bakery before the town are baked fresh all day, so you don't have to drive everywhere. Hopefully we will be able to return again soon

This house is well situated, extremely practical, and was a joy to stay at. Unfortunately there was a small tropical storm and a lot of seaweed in Diamant during our stay but obviously this had nothing to do with the rental property. I would max out the number of people staying at 11 adults7 adults with 6 kids. The pool is much larger in real life than the listing. I would love to return!
